§ 01
Acceptance
By downloading, installing or using True Crime Coloring Book (the “App”), or by using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App or the website.
§ 02
License and use of the App
The App is distributed through the App Store and is subject to Apple’s Standard EULA. You may use the App for your personal, non-commercial enjoyment on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by that agreement.
§ 03
Purchases and subscriptions
Some content may require a purchase or a subscription. Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple through your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel, and you can manage or cancel them in your Apple ID settings. Restore Purchases is available in the App’s Settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies.

Intellectual property
The App, its artwork, text, design and music are owned by True Crime Coloring Book or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The coloring pages are provided for your personal use. Your finished colored pages are yours to keep and share personally; you may not resell or redistribute the original artwork or the App’s content.
§ 05
Acceptable use
- Do not copy, modify, reverse engineer or extract content from the App except as permitted by law.
- Do not use the App or this website in a way that is unlawful or that interferes with their operation.
- Do not present the App’s artwork as your own commercial work.
§ 06
Content and subject matter
The App contains illustrations inspired by true-crime themes and is intended for adult audiences. It is a creative and entertainment product, not a factual or historical record.

Disclaimers
The App and this website are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.
§ 08
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, True Crime Coloring Book is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or this website. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above shows when they last changed. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
